Who we are

Angel Dusting & Sweeping is a cleaning and organization business owned by Cheryline Elliott, at 1122 Sheridan Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55411. By booking a cleaning with us you agree to these terms.

Booking requests

A booking made on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Cheryline meets every new client one-on-one before she takes the job, then confirms the time with you by phone or email. Until she does, your request holds the time on her schedule but is not confirmed. She chooses the cleaner for every job.

Where we clean

We serve homes and businesses within about a 30-minute drive, including Minneapolis, St. Paul and nearby suburbs. If you are farther away, call us before you book.

Prices

• Cleaning is $65 an hour, one price for every service, with a 3-hour minimum per visit. A longer visit is billed by the hour.
• Stoves, ovens, refrigerators, inside windows and walls are included in the hourly price.
• Sales tax is added to cleaning services.
• The price shown when you send a request is an estimate for the minimum; the final price depends on the time the job takes, which Cheryline goes over with you before she starts.

Promotions

New recurring clients get their first cleaning half price. For recurring home (residential) cleaning only, not offices or businesses. Only the first cleaning of a new weekly, every-2-weeks, every-4-weeks or monthly plan is discounted, and promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.

Payment

You pay by check when the cleaning is done. There is no deposit and nothing to pay when you send a request. We do not take payment online today; online payment may come later, and these terms will be updated before it starts.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You can cancel with the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your cleaning. Within 24 hours, please call (612) 430-7454 so Cheryline can adjust her day. We will tell you as early as we can if we need to move a cleaning, for example in bad winter weather.

Access, pets and supplies

• You do not need to be home. If you are not, give us access instructions when you book and make sure they work on the day.
• Tell us about pets. Nervous pets are happier in a closed room or crate while we work.
• For homes we bring our own supplies and equipment; tell us if you want us to use your products. Commercial clients usually supply the cleaning materials for their building.

If something is not right

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean it at no charge. If something is damaged during a cleaning, tell us within 24 hours as well, and we will work with you to make it right.

This website

We work to keep this website and its open times correct, but a time shown online can be taken before your request arrives; if that happens we will offer you another time. How we handle the details you give us is in our privacy policy.

Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in place when you book apply to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
